The shop floor system has made it possible to improve production forecats, respond to customer requirements and report at all levels what happens at all stages of the production process. Everything is integrated into one system.
The Group now has access to complete management indicators. Assesses capacities, KPIs and process indicators. Processes are digitized, updated in real time and integrated into a single system. Iberfar is striding towards the so-called zero paper work environment.
