Customer success story: TECNIQUITEL

TECNIQUITEL is a Portuguese company engaged in industrial safety, set up in 1977, in Lisbon. Currently, has headquarters in Sintra, a delegation in Maia, another office in Santiago do Cacém and a Training Centre where they carry out training activities.

In 2021, TECNIQUITEL built a training centre from scratch, to complement its business and to respond to the market’s legal requirements. Always with its eyes on the future, TECNIQUITEL decided to focus and invest in this specialized and fully equipped centre, deciding also to invest in modernizing its internal management processes. The solution was to upgrade the ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. There were benefits, improvements, other possibilities of operating, which were in the cloud, and this would make room for mobility. 

With Dynamics 365 Business Central, TECNIQUITEL gains mobility, with access to the system via the web and cloud storage, and support for updates arising from legal and tax requirements.

With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, support features were implemented for Financial Management, Human Resources, CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, After-Sales Service, Equipment Rental.

The teamwork between the myPartner and the TECNIQUITEL teams made it possible to identify the potential of the new system and facilitate the process of adapting employees to the new features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
