Eric Baudin – Delta Q

We implemented MS Dynamics CRM for customer knowledge and service, and MS Dynamics NAV to support the business processes related to Delta Q. Delta Q customer service has changed dramatically to better serve the customer. The customer service call center was insourced, and we also built a new workshop for the maintenance and repair of Delta Q equipment.

CEGOC had been using CRM Dynamics on-premise for several years, but we needed to make the leap to the cloud with the obvious advantages of being able to access this tool online, safeguarding the highest cybersecurity standards and integrating systems that allow us to make the most of all the tool's potential. I remember a project we did with myPartner, which was to have a single code base for the whole group. We had a development database, which was a structure we didn't have before. We had one for each of the databases (almost) and now we have a single one for the whole group. And I think that was the turning point for what we are today, because if we didn't have the capacity to respond, one database, one reality, wasn't at all feasible and that was our turning point to start looking more at the business and not worrying so much about development, technology and everything.
